Compatibility checker

Handset compatibility checker now available on our WAP site

Prospective Scratchfone users can now check their handset is compatible with a particular Scratchfone card before purchasing the card as follows:

  1. Go to the WAP site wap.scratchfone.co.uk
  2. Select the "Compatibility check" link
  3. Enter the product code - which is the six digit number at the top left of the Scratchfone card label
  4. Follow the "Check it" link

The system will then check the users handset for compatibility with the product code in question giving the user 100% confidence that the product will work with their handset.

If their handset is not supported for the product in question the system automatically notifies our support staff so that we can add support for their handset if at all possible.
